Regardless of Covid situation, let me begin with the fact that we are living under stress. On a day-to-day routine, we often get caught with heavy workloads, traffics and many other concerns within the society.

The last thing you would want to wish for is a high jump in your cortisol level.


The bright side is that daily exercise routine will help you not to reach high cortisol level.
To improve and assist in this process, I create program: “Strong, Flexible and Sensual Body” for Women. This is mainly to help all of us to get to know our own body better, explore and find out what our body can do. At the same time, to get this connection with your mind, feeling more calm, relaxed and satisfied.


Ability to enjoy your body movements. Love your body movements. Loosen yourself with your own body movements.


PILATES as a Foundation; following Pilates principles, with smooth transitions and modifications. Creating “movements flow” what is suitable for all levels.

– SEXY LEG WORKOUT

Moreover, eventually you will be ready to treat yourself with “dancing therapy”.
I am embarrassing Women Femininity. The way reality is making our life so busy and we could forget about ourselves sometimes, not focusing what creating positive vibes.

Waking up your sensuality with dancing flow. Moving the way you feel, the way you feel beautiful. Express yourself with music right for you today. Maybe it will be 5min of easy flow for you and you will feel great.
Alternatively, you might deepen into creating “smooth transitions” and “polishing” the move you are struggling.
